Durant la deuxième période du S2, en Étude de Mécanismes, nous avons étudié le mécanisme d'un treuil de levage.
Nous avons fait les dessins d'ensembles, réalisé les ajustements et les cotations fonctionnelles des pièces.
Pour le projet de Statique en S2, le but est de déterminer les actions pour dimensionner les roulements $(6$ et $7)$ du treuil.\\
L’objectif de la ZG2 est d’étudier un amortisseur de rafale et de dimensionner un ressort théorique qui répond au cahier des charges.
Dans la partie mécanique, on a effectué des tests avec une maquette pour récupérer des données d’amortissement.
L’objectif de la partie électronique est d’étudier un circuit RLC qui se comporte de manière similaire au système réel d’amortisseurs.

Le docuement DT1 fourni en Étude de Mécanismes nous permet de modéliser le système en repérant les solides.
Ainsi, nous pouvons déterminer les liaisons, les paramètres, les axes et les points pour modéliser les roulements.
Nous établissons ensuite le schéma cinématique, le graphe de liaisons et les efforts appliqués.
En calculant le degré d'hyperstatisme nous pouvons déterminer si le système est isostatique ou non.
Enfin, en appliquant le PFS, on détermine les efforts sur les roulements.
