L'export en csv non standard à été remplacé par un export standard, en utilisant la bibliothèque csv de python. Les tests unitaires ont été modifiés.

Since they're now appliced when we insert the transaction in the
history, setting the note ourselves is wrong and means that eache AGIO
is applied twice but only removable once.

Since the tests are timing base they fail for no reasons sometime
because the server is busy due to some compilation happening.

This should fix the intermittent failures we're seeing.

We're never going to translate it anyways and it's adding an useless
_translate call everywhere.
